Cisco UBR7246VXR CMTS chassis represents a broadband routing platform which enables scalability and easy expansion of the system in the future. Chassis enables installation of two independent power supply modules which guarantees full power supply system redundancy and every module is hot-swappable (in which situation the other module assumes full function). Chassis has one CPU slot on its back, with gigabyte interfaces and CF card. Also, there are slots which enable installing up to four modem cards.
